Your call request

We use the details you submit to prepare for your call and respond to your inquiry. We keep sales records in Close, appointments in Cal.com, and inquiry notifications with our email provider. Our database stores the information needed to connect your inquiry, appointment, and sales outcome.

Cal.com receives the details prefilled in your booking link. Please keep invoice files, customer details, and private correspondence out of this form.

Website and advertising measurement

We use Vercel Analytics for aggregate website activity. Where advertising tracking is enabled for your location, we store the marketing source and campaign identifiers in your browser and attach them to your inquiry. The latest known marketing visit within 90 days receives credit; we also retain the first known source.

We use Meta to measure advertising results. When permitted, browser and server events can tell Meta that an inquiry was recorded, an appointment was booked, a promising conversation took place, or a client was acquired. Matching information may include hashed contact details and advertising identifiers. We do not send form answers, invoice estimates, or correspondence in these events. Hashing helps with matching; it does not make contact information anonymous.

We retain inquiry and marketing records until a deletion request is handled or a retention policy changes. The 90-day attribution period limits advertising credit, rather than deleting these records.

Your choices

You can turn off advertising tracking here and still request a call or book an appointment. We also honor Global Privacy Control. Your choice applies to this browser; if this browser has a saved call-request receipt, we also suppress future advertising events for the associated email address. Events already delivered cannot be recalled through this control.
